I received the following from three high school girls who go to school in Denmark about a school project they were working on. “The answers will be used in the presentation and nothing else, we will not be using it for social media or anything else…. We got your number from ‘the American vision’ and then under ‘contact us’ your mail was there and then we just wrote to you.”

Here are the four questions and how I answered them. (I’ve added content to my original comments for this article.)

1. What is your opinion on LGBTQ+ and why?

Any discussion comes down to what we are using to evaluate anything. By what standard are we using to evaluate the LGBTQ+ worldview? Popular opinion? Majority opinion? Personal opinion? My “opinion” is not relevant to the overall topic. My opinion is based on something more fundamental and fixed, [and so are the opinions pushing the LGBTQ+ agenda].

By What Standard?

By What Standard?

The sovereignty of the self-contained God is the key to every field, in that only the God of Scripture makes all things possible and explicable and is thus the basic premise not only of theology, but of philosophy, science and indeed all knowledge. In that God is the Creator of all things. He is their only valid principle of interpretation, in that they derive both their existence and meaning from His creative act. This belief is herein set forth in terms of various aspects of human thought.

2. Do you think being a part of the LGBTQ+ goes against God’s Word?

Of course, it goes against God’s Word. Anyone who reads the Bible can see that both the Old and New Testaments prohibit same-sex sexuality and its numerous sexual associations (lesbianism, bisexuality, transgenderism, and any of the more than 160 concocted ‘gender’ labels). Consider how the multiplication of genders affects government spending:

• San Francisco’s Guaranteed Income For Transgender People gives applicants 130 gender, sexual orientation and pronoun options to identify as.

• Individuals can select “genderf***,” “boi,” “sistergirls” and “butch” as possible gender identities.

• Under the GIFT program, 55 San Francisco residents who earn less than $600 monthly and identify as one of the many genders listed will receive $1,200 per month. (WND)

Also, you might want to look at this: https://americanvision.org/posts/was-a-1946-bible-translation-wrong-about-homosexuality/

It also goes against the basic biology the way God created us: male and female. The created order gives us positive and negative feedback.

3. Do you think Pride Month is a bad thing?

Based on 1 and 2, absolutely. Openly celebrating what type of sex people engage in is a bad thing, especially if that type of sex is condemned by God. Of course, if there is no God, then all types of sex (including rape, pedophilia, etc.) are also permissible. In a godless universe, everything is up for grabs. Consider that Randy Thornhill, a biologist, and Craig T. Palmer, an anthropologist, attempt to demonstrate in their book A Natural History of Rape[1] that evolutionary principles explain rape as a “genetically developed strategy sustained over generations of human life because it is a kind of sexual selection—a successful reproductive strategy.” Given Darwinian assumptions, there is no way to condemn rape. The same could be said for homosexual behavior and everything else. If we are truly the products of evolution, then there can be no moral judgments about anything.

Celebrating an entire month of immoral and destructive sexual behaviors (high disease rates, sexual mutilation, lack of procreation, etc.) is mindboggling.

4. Are there some negative sides to pride month?

Such public spectacles legitimize and propagandize such destructive behaviors. Disease rates among male homosexuals are very high. Transgenderism is irreversible if genital mutilation takes place. There are many stories of regret. See this, this and this. Former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard is sounding the alarm about Child Mastectomies:

It’s no accident the number of transgender youth doubled in the last 5 years, and children mastectomies are up 389%. It’s a direct result of the radical ‘woke’ agenda being pushed on our kids by so-called “healthcare professionals,” MSM/social media, and even Biden directly.

Very young children may be affected by these types of events and encouraged by older homosexuals and other LGBTQ+ supporters who groom them for future sexual encounters. It’s shocking to see how many people support anatomical mutilation because a person “feels” or “identifies” a certain way. The following is from Pres. Biden:

To everyone celebrating Transgender Day of Visibility, I want you to know that your president sees you. … our entire administration sees you for who you are, made in the image of God and deserving of dignity, respect, and support. But we know it’s hard when there are those out there who don’t see you and don’t respect you. For example, the onslaught of anti-transgender state laws attacking you and your families is simply wrong. This administration is standing up for you against all these hateful bills.

Here’s the sickness of this nonsense in this line: “our entire administration sees you for who you are, made in the image of God…” God made them “male and female” (Gen. 1:27; 5:2). And just so you know that Jesus addressed this topic, “And [Jesus] answered and said, ‘Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female’” (Matt. 19:4). Biden’s comment is the epitome of taking God’s name in vain.

This was their first follow-up response:

Thank you so much for your answers. That was very helpful! We are so grateful for your amazing answers. We will read the links, they sound very interesting!!

Then there was this.

We have read all of the things you sent us, and we must say they were very interesting, but I’m not really sure I agree with many of the things, but that is life, discussions are necessary for our world. But don’t you think god said ‘love their neighbor as thyself’ and meant everybody, also the gays?

Here was my response:

Where is that passage originally found in the Bible about loving your neighbor? Do you know? I’ll give you some time to search for it. Email me when you find it. How do you know when you are loving someone? Does loving someone mean that we must ignore what that someone does? Wouldn’t you say that stealing is wrong, and the thief should be responsible for his or her actions, but you could still love the thief? The apostle Paul defines love by the law (Rom. 13:8-10) in an epistle where he condemns same-sex sexuality (1:18-32, esp. vv. 26-27).

Here was her response:

“It’s from Mark 12:31.” But do you think being gay or any of the other sexualities or genders under the LGBTQ is a choice, they can’t choose or change who they love?

I then responded with: The original place in the Bible. What was Jesus quoting? Look harder.

She then sent me this link.

I then sent her the following from that link:

Jesus was quoting Leviticus 19:18.

What prohibitions are found in Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13?

Her response:

But do you think being gay or any of the other sexualities or genders under the LGBTQ is a choice, they can’t choose or change who they love. So what do you want people to do?

I should have added at this point that loving someone (son, daughter, mother, father, someone else’s wife or husband) or thing (bridge) does not legitimize a sexual relationship. The Bible is very specific about this (e.g., 1 Cor. 5:1-3; see Lev. 18:8; Deut. 22:30; 27:20). Also, did you notice how she ignored the source of the “love your neighbor” quotation and the same-sex sexuality prohibitions in Leviticus 18 and 20? Debates are not always about facts when a paradigm needs to be maintained.

Her again:

But even if it isn’t genetics, how will you try turning people straight again? If it’s just how they grew up or what they say on the internet that made them like that, how will you make them so there aren´t like that or so they don’t think how they think.

It’s not my job to “turn them straight.” It’s to set forth what God requires of them. The same approach applies to adultery, theft, lying, and any other sin. There are people, based on the arguments you’ve made, who are trying to normalize sex with children. Consider this… There Is a Tolerance for Pedophilia Among the Most Powerful in Our Society.

The following came to light after this correspondence. The luxury clothing brand Balenciaga apologized for “Creepy Photoshoot with Sexualized Teddy Bears and Child Porn Court Document.” Concerned Women for America CEO Penny Nance told Fox News, “This is not about them being provocative and getting attention. The entire campaign sexualizes children, period. It is child exploitation, period. And it feeds and normalizes a culture that is dark and depraved.”

The Denmark student went to say that pedophilia is illegal. My response was short: So was homosexuality at one time.

Her response:

I’m sorry I didn’t answer sooner, I usually don’t check emails when I’m not in school. Homosexuality ≠ pedophilia. You can like the same gender and the same age as you, it doesn’t have to be a child!

In terms of God’s law, homosexuality and pedophilia are sins and crimes no matter what you, or I, or anyone thinks and believes about it. If God’s Word is not the standard, then what else is? The normalization of homosexuality has led to the normalization and promotion of Drag Queen story hours for very young children, transgenderism, and now pedophilia.

To demonstrate how insane the LGBTQ+ worldview is, “The Dean of Trinity College, Cambridge, has defended a woke and highly graphic Evensong service in which an academic likened depictions of Jesus Christ’s wounds to bleeding vaginas and said He had a ‘trans body.’” With an ultimate moral standard is abandoned, anything — and I mean anything and everything — goes. We are left with what Arthur Leff called “the grand sez who?”

*****

Arthur Allen Leff: “I want to believe—and so do you—in a complete transcendent, and immanent set of propositions about right and wrong, findable rules that authoritatively and unambiguously direct us how to live righteously…. I also want to believe—and so do you—in no such thing, but rather that we are wholly free, not only to choose for ourselves what we ought to do, but to decide for ourselves, individually and as a species, what we ought to be.”

“What we want, Heaven help us, is simultaneously to be perfectly ruled and perfectly free, that is, at the same time to discover the right and the good and to create it.

“All I can say is this: it looks as if we are all we have…. As things now stand, everything is up for grabs. Nevertheless: Napalming babies is bad. Starving the poor is wicked. Buying and selling each other is depraved. Those who stood up to and died resisting Hitler, Stalin, [Idi] Amin, and Pol Pot … have earned salvation. Those who acquiesced deserve to be damned. There is in the world such a thing as evil. [All together now:] Sez who? God help us.”[2]
