Dear American Vision Family,

American Vision has had a great year, thanks to all of you! When I returned to American Vision about three years ago, we were in dire straits. Our inventory was sold off at discount prices to stay solvent. Things looked bleak.

Praise God, we’ve had a marvelous turnaround. While there are some books still out of print, we continue to produce new material.

Last year we finished the Greg Bahnsen apologetics trilogy. This year we reprinted House Divided that was written by Ken Gentry and Dr. Bahnsen. This book has had an impact on many lives. I get emails from people who tell me how much this one book answered so many questions for them.

James B. Jordan has influenced me in the area of biblical theology. When I get stuck on a passage, I would often call Jim for his perspective. I’ve never been disappointed. You can see it in my book The Gog and Magog End-Time Alliance. He mentioned one thing about 2 Thessalonians 2 that ended up being two chapters in Last Days Madness.

In 2022 we republished Jim’s The Law and the Covenant and his long-anticipated Matthew 23-25: A Literary, Historical, and Theological Commentary.

We are currently reprinting Theonomy: An Informed Response, No Other Standard, Jesus v. Jerusalem, and The Day and the Hour. These will be available sometime in January.

We are in the process of publishing a hardback copy of Gary North’s last book The Biblical Structure of History. I had someone produce an index for it. Dr. North would not under any circumstances want this book to be published without an index.

You may have seen some of the videos AV has done about the Geneva Bible. We partnered with Tolle Lege Press to reprint the 1599 edition updated with a modern font palette for easier reading. This influential Bible translation was first published in 1560 and went through more than 140 editions in various formats. It was the Bible of the Pilgrims. The Embarkation of the Pilgrims that hangs in the Capitol shows William Bradford holding a copy of the Geneva Bible.

We were hoping to have my book The Case for America’s Christian Heritage ready for Christmas, but COVID, supply chain issues with paper, and the backlog of print projects delayed its publication until January 2023.

This is a full color production hardback that is ideal for gift-giving and sending to your favorite political candidate who most likely doesn’t know much about history. It will be perfect for Christian church, private, and homeschool classes

Wars and Rumors of Wars is back at the printer for its second edition. I’ve added some new material to answer some questions supporters have asked.

James Jordan’s The Handwriting on the Wall is long overdue for a reprint. It’s a hardback of nearly 800 pages.

AV is working on a long-term project with Kim Burgess on the foundational principles of interpretation. Instead of reading the Bible in bits and pieces and learning theology in a question-and-answer format (not bad in itself), we will explore the story of the Bible written as history.

Kim and I attended seminary together in the 1970s. We have kept in touch over the years. He has worked as a one-man theology school by training individuals around the world one at a time. You might know some of these students. He has done this without pay. As a result, he has a mountain of written material since most of his instruction takes place online.

For nearly 30 years I have tried to get Kim to publish his work. Our approaches to teaching are different. I’m a problem solver with individual passages while he works on understanding the whole. We work well together.

American Vision has already produced a few of my interviews with Kim. They are available at AmericanVision.org here and here.

Last Days Madness and 10 Popular Prophecy Myths Exposed and Answered have been translated into Spanish and Whoever Controls the Schools Rules the World has been translated into French.

I’m working on two books that were published in the late 18th century by Nehemiah Nisbett dealing with 2 Thessalonians 2. I’m almost finished cleaning up the text. Each book had to be scanned, OCRed, and edited.

My longtime friend Dr. Archie Jones has written a magnificent study of the First Amendment. He and his daughter are working to get it ready to publish sometime in 2023. His study of the Tenth Amendment, The Gateway to Liberty, is available here while it lasts.

There are other projects on the burner, but I’ll save them for another time.

We appreciate all your support. Please continue to pray, purchase products, and support us financially. If you would like to make an end-of-the-year donation, you can send a check to American Vision, PO Box, 220, Powder Springs, GA 30127 or donate online at https://donate.americanvision.org/

Thank you for your continued support.

May God bless you in all your work and give you repeated hope and confidence in all your tasks in God’s kingdom.

All the best for the New Year,

Gary DeMar
