The American Vision
Culture Through the Lens of Scripture

I think giving a movement two years to bear fruit is a bit too optimistic even for a post-millenialist! My 25 year old church is a post-millenial, theonomic, Calvanistic, Van-Tillian pre-suppositional, weekly communion taking church. Our church membership convenant requires that we either home-school or send our children to an explicitly Christian "traditional" school. Even so the results we want to see are long in coming Building Christ's Kingdom is a generational endeavor and we must not be distracted from our long-term efforts by the current growlings of our adversaries. We should fight as we can to preserve our liberties, but at the same time not lose our long-term focus on building for future lasting conquests.
