What happened at Virginia Tech was tragic. Seung-Hui Cho, the student who killed 32 people and then himself, left a long and “disturbing” note behind. There are a number of curious things that lead me to believe that Cho, a Korean, was a Manchurian Candidate. You might remember the movie that was released in 1962 and starred Frank Sinatra, Angela Landsbury, and Janet Leigh. It was based on a 1959 book of the same name written by Richard Condon. Sinatra pulled the movie from circulation after the assassination of JFK in 1963. An updated version was released in 2004.
The 1962 version has a simple plot line. During the Korean War, the son of a prominent political family, played by Laurence Harvey, had been brainwashed into becoming an unwilling assassin for the Communist Party in the United States. A trigger mechanism was introduced in his subconscious through hypnosis and drug therapy to direct their programmed assassin to act at a particular time and place to further the Communist cause in the United States.
I believe Cho was brainwashed by Osama Bin Laden operatives to test the security measures on college campuses in the United States. This might explain why Cho wrote the following in the note he left behind: “You caused me to do this.” Who’s the “you”? Cho didn’t know. He was stoic and unfeeling as he carried out his bloody deed, just like Harvey’s character in The Manchurian Candidate. We need to ask who gave him the medication that we’re being told was for “depression.” The drugs were used to break his will to make him susceptible to suggestion.
There are hints in the letter he left behind, a note that railed against “rich kids,” “debauchery,” and “deceitful charlatans” on campus, that are consistent with phrases that you can find in literature written by Islamic fundamentalists. The brainwashing worked. While colleges and universities around the country are assessing their failed security measures, Al Qaeda is taking notice and may be planning something bigger. I can speculate what might come next, but I don’t want to offer any helpful suggestions.
There are other participants in this conspiracy theory. I believe that liberals are also a part of the plot. They knew this was coming but let it happen so they could use it to enact gun control in the United States. Barbara Boxer has already voiced her opinion on the subject. Katie Couric, in her interview with President Bush, just after he spoke at the Virginia Tech memorial service, brought up the gun control issue. The liberal media are also in on the conspiracy. All the facts are there for anyone to see.
You may think that my conspiracy theory is absurd. If so, then you know my thoughts on the repeated claims that the Bush administration knew about the 9-11 attacks. If Rosie O’Donnell, Michael Moore, and some nut who keeps sending me emails on the subject can concoct such outrageous theories, then so can I.
