There has been a great deal of controversy over plans to build a mosque in Manhattan, just a few hundred yards away from ground zero, where the twin towers used to stand and were destroyed by Islamic radicals on September 11, 2001. Proponents of the mosque claim it will be a symbol of reconciliation and understanding. Is this the case? Or is this mosque intended as a symbol that America has been conquered by Islam?

I would begin by voting out those that are now running the present administration. Lets clean the Hippies that are in Congress, the potheads on the Hill, and removing the diseased “ OBAMANATION “ that has STAINED THE WHITEHOUSE, that its without precedent in all the history of this wonderful Country.

But to have the balls to come into my country and offend us, and try to take advantage of our laws is just not acceptable. To come into this country under the guise of loyalty by swearing to our flag, the emblem our liberty, only to hold the title of being called an American, to have a voice in the American process is just outright treason. Every real American is an American at Heart. A real American has given HIS LIFE FOR THE FREEDOM OF OTHERS including those that hate them. We fight for all Americans. But These Radical roaches would have us believe that they are also Americans like we are, waiting till we fall asleep to put a bomb under our pillow.
It has become very annoying at this time in our country for all Americans. Alertness is on the rise and we know where to look. Its outright wrong to give a person the privilege to come into this country, and experiment what America is all about, to find they don’t like us, so they want to change our way of life.

I am totally convinced that the very freedom and liberties we Americans have enjoyed over two hundred years ago is threatened by a radical enemy that at times he hides in the shadows and a other times he hides behind the innocent. Cowards. It’s their primary intent to convert us and the entire world to their religion ( if allowed) at the edge of the sword. That says to me that the religion they practice, (kill the infidel) has a political element within its tenets. I personally have no rhyme or reason to try to change the way they live. But they should take it to “THEIR COUNTRY” and keep their ways to themselves, if they obey the law of this land they should be allowed to do it also here in America. Look. If they want to beat their women in public (any man the beats a woman should hang by the balls) or they want to enslave their women, and make them peek through holes on their faces, thats their business. If their men want to walk around in their fricken skirts all day long, more power to them.

Continued:After all they should all be approved Muslims for such a holy building. I know, lets bring them right in from Iraq, Iran, etc. Then they will be certain all workers are pure enough to work on such a holy site. Or like maybe only certain crews to work in the basement. I mean how many tunnels, people and communication operations could be built right in? And the inspectors will come through. Since it is New York, they will rubber stamp it. So everything is hidden, or do they just go back and re-construct. AND, AND the last thing will will be able to do is even watch (tap) phones and internet communications. And it just happens to be in down town New York City. Sorry people, even if this is with the most best intentions they should be willing to fore go this building in this location just because of all the stress and distrust it is causing in America. This is making my normally understanding and wait and see type self just scream NO! And now I will question any Muslim, sadly even the few I know. Simply, do I know them?
I hate crazy ideas, but, I can not get it out of my mind if this construction is started who is going to control all the items brought in for construction? How much gas and propane is brought in for the torches? What else is brought in and bricked in, buried in the construction? How much of these items are explosive? I am guessing that they will be happy to tell American workers to refuse to work there. I am betting a dollar to a donut that they will more than likely insist they have their own contractors.
All you have to do is go to You Tube and search and watch "Muslim Domination" video and you will get your eyes opened to what is going on with the proliferation of Muslims throughout the world. WAKE UP

The mosque project’s main movers are Sufi Muslims, Islam’s most mystical and tolerant sect — the sort of moderate Muslims conservatives fantasize about. They’re about as non-radical as you can get. Sufism is undogmatic, flexible, and non-violent.
Quincy, in the first place, I don't believe the "main movers" are Sufis (and, BTW, it is probably true that Sufis are OK). Whoever dreamed up this project should be sensitive enough to know that this is not the place or the time for any entity calling itself Muslim to rear its head. They have too much to live down. Islam has to go through something akin to the Christians' Reformation, and that was not pretty. IMO it is not worth the effort — there may not be much to salvage by the time they're done.

A Trojan Horse is a very good correlation to the mosque that the muslim's want to build at ground zero. Then fill it with Islam terrorist and sleeper cells. The muslin terrorist used the mosques in Irac to hide in and our forces were not allowed to destroy them during desert storm or the 2nd time we had to go back . You can not believe what we are told by the muslims. Judge there actions and you will see the Americans are considered the muslim's enemy. The federal government has no business lending American tax dollors to fund this tragedy.

The MINUTE it became known that he weanted to put the mosque there, he should have been told by N.Y. authorities that there is NO WAY in HELL that a mosque will be built ANYWHERE NEAR ground zero. If we went to a slader house and got some butchered pigs and pig products ( blood, guts, etc.) and spread them on that sight wouldn't that make that spot unexceptable for a mosque?

Thank you so much for the information about the mosque. We must not allow that mosque to be built at Ground Zero. You presented information that will make me work harder. Americans, everyone speak out against the buildng of the mosque and against Imam Rauf traveling to the Mideast at taxpayers expense.
