If you want proof that President Obama’s Executive Order on taxpayer-funded abortion was a sham, look no further than Pennsylvania, says House Republican Leader John Boehner (Ohio).
Boehner and other Republicans point to reports that the Health and Human Services Department is giving Pennsylvania $160 million to set up a new high-risk insurance pool that will cover any abortion that is legal in the state.
“The fact that the high-risk pool insurance program in Pennsylvania will use federal taxpayer dollars to fund abortions is unconscionable,” Boehner said in a statement on Tuesday.
“Just last month at the White House, I asked President Obama to provide the American people with a progress report on the implementation of his Executive Order, which purports to ban taxpayer-funding of abortions. Unfortunately, the President provided no information, and the American people are still waiting for answers.”
President Obama pledged that under his health care plan “no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions, and federal conscience laws will remain in place.”

how dare they, women should be forced to have babies in case of rape or incest or in case the mother's life is at risk, which is what Obama's Executive Order decrees in the very first paragraph
when Obama decrees that only women of rape, incest, or whose life is at risk can get abortions, and he delivers, that makes him a big fat liar
How can the Executive Order do anything to counter a law that has been signed into law? Once it has been signed into law, even the courts must side with the law as the Executive has no authority to contradict any law unless that law is contrary to the Constitution.
Has anyone noticed that all the people that are FOR abortions were allowed to be born??? Had their mothers taken THEIR advice, none of them would be here today…except in dire medical situations, all babies should be allowed to be born – if you were able to give them a voice, I think most babies would CHOOSE to live. Well, there maybe should have been a few exceptions on the abortions – like for Barry, Michelle, Nancy, Harry, Eric, Barney, George…no, no, I think ALL people, no matter how stupid or prejudice they are, should have the right to life. I have been asking my congressmen and senators why they refuse to take any action at all against the ILLEGAL "Barry Soetoro" AKA Hussein Obama AKA Barak Obama, with no replies whatsoever. I am convinced that they fear the Obama regime, and that their families are in jeopardy if they go against him. Why else would they refuse to do ANYTHING, even though there is ample evidence that he is a fraud? Of course we all know that bribery and corruption plays a large part in their decisions, But a person would like to think there are still some lawmakers that have the balls to do something now. After all, they aren't going to be in power in November anyway. No guts no glory.

Way to go Mr. Pres-e-dan-te. Not at all to my liking. I had my baby and his adoptive mom and dad were blessed. They are doubly blessed their Marine pilot and his sweet wife have for them, two fine grandsons. I shudder to think someone might have convinced me to go "your" way.

One thing that remains consistant with our president is that if his lips are moving he is lying! Never in my 62 years of living have I witnessed such such a pathelogical liar as Pres Obama is. He takes the Academy Award for lying! He has no match……unfortunate for America. Hopefully voters will learn and the next election people will look at the voting history and the candidates character and not just swoon at speeches read well from a telepromter.
