The talk about Pelosi trying to get the needed number of votes to pass the Senate version of the Health Care bill is pointless. She has already said she favors “deem and pass” in the event they do not. She may even favor this dubious tactic even if she does have the votes. The gentlemen in this interview agree that the left will do whatever it takes to pass this bill. One points out: only the hard-core left will remain as voters for these clowns this fall. So if they do not pass something to please their base, they will lose even these voters. The issue is whether they want to lose 30 to 40 seats next fall by strong-arming the measure, or lose 50 to 60 by not passing anything at all. It will pass. A miracle could stop it.
