Since government policies created/allowed/rewarded the global industrial exodus, then government at least owes some obligations to the people it's meant to serve, who lost their jobs to foreign workers. Just because the Old Testament informs us that the rich oppress the poor, doesn't make it a good thing that God favors, or has to stay that way.
